310T Truck & Coach Mechanic - Renfrew Location

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
  • Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, brake, and suspension systems
  • Complete safety inspections and ensure equipment meets all safety standards
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records
  • Respond to breakdowns and service calls when required
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
  • Experience working on heavy trucks and trailers
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license (AZ/DZ license considered an asset)
  • Welding and fabrication experience considered an asset
  • Own tools preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate boom truck and related equipment safely and professionally
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
  • Deliver materials to residential, commercial, and construction job sites
  • Follow all company safety policies and Ministry regulations
  • Secure loads properly and maintain accurate delivery records

  • Operate and monitor the concrete batching plant
  • Ensure accurate batching according to mix designs

Concrete Former/ Finisher

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Form building, framing and other structural components related to concrete work.
  • Place, spread and finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve smooth, level, and durable finishes by hand and power tools.
  • Ensure proper curing and surface quality
  • Install rebar and formwork according to schematics and blueprints to prepare for concrete pouring.
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects.
  • Maintain safety protocols by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience as a concrete former and/or finisher (preferred)
  • Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Physically capable of performing manual labor
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:
