We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of human resources practices, along with a passion for creating a positive work environment. Whether you have a degree in HR or extensive hands-on experience, we’re looking for someone who can effectively manage HR operations and contribute to our organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop and implement employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and manage payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and time-keeping systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Advise and support management on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies to support organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR).
  • Experience with employee wellness programs and organizational development.
  • Experience with payroll systems setup and health and safety standards implementation.

Maintenance Labourer - Landscape Operations

Full job description

We are looking for an outdoor Maintenance Labourer.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and tenants’ satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks on landscaping projects.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
  • Dig and prepare soil for planting or installation of landscape features.
  • Irrigate and maintain plants to ensure healthy growth.
  • Winter Building Maintenance upkeep of sidewalks with shovelling, salt, sand
  • Ability to help out cleaning staff with the enhancement of building cleanliness

Face Loader Operator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Feed jaw/cone plant from blasted rock face.  
  • Perform daily checks and report to supervisor.  
  • Stockpile material without contaminating
  • Load Triaxle trucks and trailers when required
  • Check, operate and make sure equipment is used properly
  • Keep clean and smooth operation area
  • Willing to help ground person and crusher operator with repairs if needed on screening/crushing equipment.
  • Responsible for equipment safety

 

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Valid Driver’s License and Clean Abstract
  • Experience with Heavy Equipment
  • Experience with routine/preventative maintenance operations

310T Truck Mechanic

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups
  • Inspect and test mechanical units, such as engines, transmissions, axles and brake systems, to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions and confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or components using hand and power tools
  • Test and adjust units to specifications for proper performance
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of systems including chassis, frame, cab, body, engine and drive train, air brakes, steering, and fuel, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems
  • Some field work is required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 310T Heavy Truck/Coach License
  • Proven mechanical abilities in gas and diesel diagnosis and repair
  • Experience with routine/preventative maintenance operations 

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Climbing, bending, crouching, lifting
  • Working in an environment with loud noises such as running trucks, air brakes, horns, power tools, etc.
  • Working both indoors and outdoors
